With oil lower and surprisingly strong retail sales, stocks have surged. It looks like we’ll have negative open as the investors digest recent gains.

Toll Brothers lower 06 delivery guidance, it will have impact on the home builders this morning. I have a open position in Beazer Homes (BZH). Maybe the investors will shrug off the news as it is no longer news that the home building is slowing. Also, the slowing is regional and it may not impact all home builders.
