Well, What a waste of trading day.

The market refuse to give clear direction on where it is going. The market opened higher this morning, dipped in the mid day, raised with Greenspan speech, and then fell back at the close. After the market closed today, I wasn’t sure how to trade this market. But after listened to Cramer on Mad money, he confirmed my bearish view by saying every food stocks are in bull move and last time that happened was in early 2000. So, I will be long on energy, food, health care, and maybe biotech??

It's not when you buy. It's when you sell!
